Visit to Scottish Parliament

Post by Sandra » 24 Sep 2005, 13:44

As discussed with a few of you last night I can arrange a Parliament visit and lunch (Members Restaurant) one Friday. If you are interested let me know and we can work out a date.

Great idea, Sandra but Fridays not so good for me, I'm afraid.
I'll see what date is decided and then see what I can do.
I'd be really keen to come along if I can wangle it. Thanks.

I'd love to come along! I know you've kindly offered me and GG a visit before but things have been so busy I've not got back to you yet. But I / we (if possible) would stil really like to come if we're free on the date arranged.

Thanks, Sandra :D

I will check out a couple of dates on Monday and give you a choice. (There are sometimes conferences etc on on the Friday and they take over the restaurant for lunch).

For those that can't make it we can always do another visit during school hols.

The dates:

Tuesday 18th October
Wednesday 19th October (both recess (and my boss on hol)

Friday 28th October

Friday 18th November

Hopefully there will be one/two dates which are suitable to you all :) If you can let me know I can book lunch.

(If there are too many interested might have to go in two trips though one of my colleagues said if she's about she'd help out :) )

I should be able to do any of the Friday dates you've given.

Sandra

Can't do the dates in the school holiday week, but either of the Fridays would be good for me.

I want to come along, get kicked out halfway during the tour and then whine because I missed out on the free coffee.

Ali and I had to pull out of the lunch last week unfortunately.
I think we were the only ones down for that date?

We're hoping to make it along on one of the other dates.
