Oops! I only speak as I find. Your behaviour must have been normal for you then and not agitated at all by the line of questioning.

You didn't doze off so you should recollect the questions asked together with the replies.

Instead of pissing about, why don't you just say what line of questioning you think had me agitated?

I don't know what you're referring to as I've already said. It shouldn't be a difficult question. What are you talking about?

Sean, this sounds like a wind up.

And you are, like clockwork.

Did you hear the inventor of the TV Remote Control died last week, he's going to be buried down the back of his sofa!

Wind up? No.

Diversion from the nitty gritty?- Yes

Lashy (she?) must hold Sean in a very high esteem. To base her perception of success on his apparent behaviour shows just how flimsy PPAG are.

They obviously believe point scoring may win the day, it won't.

I was agitated too. Not with the discourse, with the muttering and guffawing coming from the PPAG, who were clearly failing to grasp the significance of what was being said. Laughing when they really ought to have been wincing.

What were they wearing? Suitably suited and booted I hope? No shorts or shades or anything 'casual' . It is Court after all

Yeah but cosmetics, especially silent ones, don't count for jack.

One PPAG bloke, smart but casually dressed, was a sight to behold. Initially I took him for the court artist. He must have passed a dozen advisory notes to the PPAG QC clerk, not one of which made it past first base.

What is it with these people and their note passing? I was only there for thursday afternoon and there were many passed to the clerk who always received them with a lovely smile but didn't seem to do much with them

The clerk you refer to is actually the solicitor acting for PPAG. The notes were replies to her earlier questions but you obviously missed the passing of notes to PPAG!

You have to be joking?

PPAG are paying for a solicitor, junior counsel and a QC. And in the heat of the action, in court, the Solicitor is having to ask the client to answer questions to assist the plea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And that client is PPAG, who, over six years, have proven they will say anything, claim anything, regardless of truth, facts or lack of evidence. Just to further their selfish, morally bankrupt cause.

PPAG may have gotten away with lies in leaflets, posters and with their pals on PCC but it won't work in court. If Roy Martin, who has been outstanding, has to depend on one molecule of evidence or assistance from PPAG. - he, and they, are totaly fucked.

So Sarah Wolffe didn't have to ask her back-up for questions she had no answers to? We were both in Court for two full days so you will know the answer.....

PPAG''s reclamation is entirely dependent on an obtuse point of law. Which is a construct of their QC. You have said your QC team had to go to a lay member of the public for guidance, multiple times. If it is true what you say then PPAG are totally and utterly fucked. A case of the Monkeys advising the organ grinder.

I said nothing of the sort. The Council's QC had to refer to her back-ups is what I said.

Doesn't matter what you did or didn't say. Same applies to me.

In court, in real life, PPAG's QC was taking instruction from lay members of the public on a seemingly critical point of law, which he and he alone has uncovered.

Have you any idea how daft that is? And it was you who revealed.

Like I said; no matter what either of us have say, it is court that counts.

Great Jury gag!!!

PPAG's QC was asking a self-proclamed traffic consultant for guidance on a critical point of law. This appears to fill you with confidence.

I restate my earlier comment - I sympathize with true green campaigners and they have my respect however, whatever the decision that the the sharks thrash out, I will never forgive the selfish acts of a few nimbys who despite the wishes of the massive majority of the community have put their own situations above the majority - nice example of community spirit for your own children folks.

To Lashylass: On a more personal note. I'm 53 and have known a lot of people. Most are decent. some are bad, lots, like me, are inbetween, a tiny element are evil.

Lashylass- you have a black heart, like nothing I have encountered. You are beyond salvation,I sincerely hope your kids escape the genetics.

And you seriously wonder where the cyber-bullying accusations come from? At first I thought you were quoting lyrics from some blues song, until you spoiled it at the end with your genetics dig. Get a grip. If you're having a drink it's time to stop before you make an even bigger fool of yourself. I know coming 2nd last at Eurovision was disappointing, but really...Positive Porty my arse.

I chose genetics, deliberately. It wasn't a dig.

It was biologically inaccurate, I accept.

I meant spirit, behavior and parental guidance.

I sincerely hope that Lashylass does not enodow his kids with a black, bully, heart.

That's my hope. I don't feel foolish for having that hope i cant be responsible fior what others may think.

Positive Porty you say Paxetamor?

You might want to tell that phrase to PPAG and the PCC (some members anyway) who seem hellbent on holding Portobello back!!!

You forgot 'my arse'. V. disappointed. Anybody would think that you're trying to twist what I wrote to meet your own ends.
Can't believe that you've read the last few posts and the only thing that you pick up on is me writing Positive Porty my arse, and you can't even get that right.
What makes you think that I know anyone from PPAG & PCC (any members)? Just because I don't agree with you it doesn't mean that I'm a member of any group that you feel is against you.

I only quoted the 'positive porty' part of what you said as that was relevant to what I was going to write in my post so forgive me if you think I was trying to twist what you said that was not my intention.

I also never said anywhere in my post that you are a member of any groups did I?

There is no point bringing up points about the court case anymore as it is done and out of everyone's hands except for the judges so didn't feel the need to comment on anything written above.

What my point was, which clearly went over your head, is that there are a lot of people trying to promote 'Positive Porty' and I get the feeling that PPAG and some members of the PCC are really holding Porty back. Hope this clarifies that for you.

Maybe if you had actually made a point, which wasn't based on a mis-quote, it wouldn't have clearly went over my head.

I think you know fine well that I wasn't referring to anything to do with the court case, but Porty's remarks to Lashy, which, as is your right, you chose to ignore. It did make for rather uncomfortable reading.

It's all very well that people are trying to promote a Positive Porty, but I think they should have waited until the outcome of the court case as it's likely to be hijacked by PFANS, and if you don't support a school in the park then you're not for a Positive Porty. Am I wrong? I hope so.

I am sorry but it is not a misquote. Your not getting this are you?

You used the phrase 'Positive Porty' - I chose to ignore the swear word you had used after it - as is my right.
