I'm sure I heard a news item this morning that said the BBC were coming down hard (or would come down hard) on anyone giving away the plot or ending.

And, for myself, I really hope that nothing gets put in the public domain about it that one can't help reading/hearing as this is one the very few entertainment programmes I've enjoyed on TV for a while and such a spoiler would indeed live up to its name!

Ploppy, it wasnt a spoiler as such, as none of the content in Soups link is linked to Journeys end.!

and I agree with you, its going to be a great climax, so why let a low res spoiler ruin it

ps, how you doing!

I've found nothing to spoil the episode
aaaaargh
its like being a kid in the 60s again, when you HAD to wait for the next weeks episode and din't find it all on the net.
Lots of speculation, some old and inaccurate.

Good luck with the job application Poppy.

If you get it can we moan to you about roadworks?

Thank you for the good wishes, but no you can't moan to me about improvements to trunk roads required because of excessive traffic.

"All" we do is land ownership searches [though it's hard work at times!] - we [ me and two others including Mr Poppy] have been doing it on secondment for a year and now the jobs are up for grabs on a permanent basis.

Didn't see the train - either we were too late or it was running late, but it was far too cold wet and windy to hang about for more than half an hour!

I was :( :( :( during DT too. But it was good to se K9 again...

Was it nearby and I've missed something?

Ah we'd have missed that as we were watching via the V+ and SOMEONE (not pointing any finger at Clanger 4 ) had to visit the loo during the prog, then we turned over quickly for Confidential

Besides all the moving stuff (and kissing  !!!), it was bizarre - and amusing - having German Daleks. No doubt R T D had some reason for that?

Yeah
I liked the German daleks. All they were missing was the wee moustache!
Bernard Cribbens really deserves an award for his acting in that last episode. It was him more than anything that got me sniffling.
Must admit I was waiting for the Master to turn up, he's about the only one not got a look in in the last episode

Just watched it all again. seen the trailer for cybermen at Xmas.
Oh cant wait
( still think they meant civer men, kept me out of gutters for years when i was young )

Good luck witth the job poppy, it sounds like you really want it and I've heard through the grapevine that you are bloody good at it. (I will protect my sources).

Does anyone else recall the steam trains that used to run on the line, which I dont think is there anymore, under the milton road, along the bacjk of christian crescent and the track disappeared around the time that ASDA opened their first store on the now site of Big W?

Mr Poppy will remember those steam trains - he was bit of a train freak when young. It was for his sake we stood in the cold and wet on Saturday

Surely if she gets the vacant slot she'll not be bothered with the likes of our roadworks? She'll be off chasing the wobbly mountains of whatnot!

My ex bank manager and my current solicitor are both enthusiastic train spotters. The latter goes on a round trip to southampton each year. Apparently the route and destination are top for spotting.

Yes, dear Mr M, I did but I'd better go and watch it again and get back to you as I don't remember any wobbly bits [except my lower lip as I tried not to cry... ].

Oh gee, Planet Felspoon!! Right at the end so that's my beauty sleep gone and another treeload of hankies to dry the tears, Mr M.

I've only really watched Doctah Who properly over the last few weeks [someone has to cook Mr P's tea, you know!!], so that went over my head on Saturday..

Still, it was interesting to watch that episode again to get he "jokes" ... clever stuff at times. Certainly the "atmospheric disturbance" explains all the rain this weekend!
