Ideas please..

Post by Puerto bella » 23 Aug 2007, 21:42

My dad will be 62 on Sunday and I am so stuck with what to get him as a pressie - the age old book token or garden centre voucher have been done to death. Any ideas anyone?

A helicopter ride over the city from East Fortune airfield? It's what I'm going to ask Santa for :D

Or a pot decorated by mini Pb at the kids' pottery class?

Fab ideas folks - thanks v. much. Like the Whisky Society one, that would go down a treat. Glad I asked you all. Some chocs or books are always a favourite as well.

In the album she wrote a little bit about each photo and how she felt when the photo was taken

I have started mine but doing one for each child and grandchild, and the kids are loving helping me do it

One of my colleagues did that for her boss who was retiring - he was absolutely made up - she got everyone from First Minister to Cleaning lady to have their pic taken and make a comment about the great man. It was really pure dead brilliant :D
