This thread *is* for the faint-hearted.

Let's post pictures of small, soft, cuddly animals, share gentle and harmless nothings with each other and generally be nice about everything.

I'd just like to add, if I may, that wind chimes are nice.

When viewing this thread, please don't make too much noise typing on your keyboard - it will be much better for your fingers and the keys.

Today my tip is to oil all of the hinges in your house, this will mean that you won't get a fright from any squeaks.

That fluffy wee cygnet looks like its not balanced properly, now Im going to sit up all night, worrying if its going to fall and injure itself!! is it me or does its neck already look a bit broken!!!

Last night I was doing the dusting, as usual. (I do all the housework). I noticed a spider's web in the corner of the ceiling. As it had been vacated (I could never kill anything!), I decided to climb up the ladders to get rid of it, even though I'm scared of heights.

But as I was about to wipe it away with the feather duster, a moonbeam shone through the window, and the silken threads glittered momentarily in the shaft of light. Its beauty was overwhelming, and I was engulfed in tears, so much so that I could neither dust nor climb down the ladders.

Luckily Mrs Hatstand heard my heaving sighs, and came through from the living room where she had been watching some football game or other, then climbed up the ladders to rescue me. She brought me down in a fireman's lift and put me gently to bed.

Oooh, typing all that hurt, I wonder if I'm getting repetitive strain injury?

You may choose to put some nice bath salts in too.

Make sure the things you need for your bath are easily at hand, and please be careful getting in and out.

I'm not sure what the score was, Porty - I don't really take an interest in such pursuits. I prefer more gentle hobbies, such as tapestry.

Poor boys. It must be so tiring running up and down that big football pitch with these big heavy boots on in the cold wet weather.
I hope the Hibs boys have a thoughtful, caring woman to take them to bed.

Sorry, i think I may have said that a bit too loudly in my shock. After all, like Dadaist, I'm one of the more faint-hearted people round here, and have a very sheltered life.
