Hope everyone is behaving themselves right now. No soup slurping, elbows on tables etc.
Wonder what's on the menu? Is there a wine list?
Might be a long session.

Don't know about Portly and his Pal, Sandra or Foxy [those 4 last seen heading for a pub

], but Foxy Plus One went back to work and Mr Poppy and I went to Sainsbury's for the shopping at 2.30.
Had a very tasty meal and a few glasses of vino ... for which many thanks, Porty!!!
The rest is secret - top security there, you know!!

Yes everyone did apart from Poppy and Mr Poppy who wandered off and got told off by a security guard - it was difficult to keep them herded together!
Thanks again for lunch Porty.
We went onto the pub and BC joined us after he finished work. Suffering a bit today
And I took some photos - will download the best one.

I did not vote for the Parliament and like most people, was horrified at the amount of money spent on its design and construction
I'm not saying we got value for money, but having now seen round the inside of the building, I am very impressed and believe we have a building to be proud of
Many thanks Sandra for arranging the visit

It's how you're taught to sit at school, obviously the girls listened and the boys didn't
Now I know what Foxy plus 1 look like too

(I already know the rest)

No, I don't know Mr Poppy but must've seen you together sometime so the face is familiar.(probably keeking out from behind the curtains)

Aw, and look at those boys in their matching pink shirts...

All I really need is love, but a little chocolate now and then doesn't hurt!

I know Bob and Porty are interested. Will find out if the Restaurant can accommodate us and get back to you next week.

Hey, Mr J, I thought you made a point of never being around on that date?
I might be up for it, Sandra, but I won't know until nearer the time because of child care and such.

Indeed you may.
I need names a week in advance to let Security know.
Have provisionally booked a table for 10 (though I couldn't keep 6 in order, heaven knows how I'd manage 10!

)

I certainly never work on that date but with our eldest now at PHS we don't have plans to go away anywhere. I'm looking forward to a spot of lunch and a tour of the building.
Do they allow video cameras inside?
