Rathbone reads Kincaid

Post by Dadaist » 13 Nov 2005, 22:27

Those of you who have downloaded and listened to the story so far in Rathbone's crime thriller Kincaid (read by the author!) will be pleased to know that the next installment is ready at the Radio Free Porty download page

Once you have listened, it would be great if you could take a minute of your time to help make Rathers famous by voting for him at Podcast Alley (where his audio can be downloaded onto the world's iPods) here :

http://www.podcastalley.com/podcast_det ... d_id=12977

Many thanks to Rathbone for the amount of time he has put in to writing and recording this for us at Radio Free Porty.

The readings by Rathbone are made available as downloads, Epykat, so all you have to do is head for our downloads page :

http://www.radiofreeporty.org/downloads/

I do not, however, wish to step on any long-running family Xmas present in-joke toes.

I see that it's currently sitting at No. 4,618.

It would also be nice to know how many of you are listening and if you want me to keep churning these out :P :P

This has gone a bit quiet? Where are you in the ratings now? (and no, the signed CD wasn't forthcoming - even for family :? )

My bad, Epykat - I still have a couple more of his episodes to put up on the site.

These are "Steven 5" and "Steven 6" which will bring us to the end of Steven's story.

Once this is done and the podcast feeds are updated, we will all have to vote again for Rathers because voting has to be done every month for our favourite podcasts!!

I had some really nice feedback from one of the artists on the current playlist ("Sacre Noir") who said that a couple of people had contacted her for demos - it's always nice to be reminded that people are listening. I just wish we could get you and Granty's connections sorted.

It has been noted that I've long had a problem with my connections  <there's you and Bob for a start.......>

commercial server space!

Post by Dadaist » 23 Apr 2006, 22:54

I have uploaded the latest episodes of Kincaid to a commercial server, meaning your download speeds will be greatly increased.

You can find all of the mp3s published so far at :

http://www.radiofreeporty.org/downloads/

Rathbone - can you update the episode synopses (is that right?) on the RFP forum?
