A reminder about the next big event in Portobello:

Portobello Spring Aquathon

Sunday 03 Apr

The Portobello Spring Aquathon will involve both a swimming and running section. The swim will take place at Portobello Swim Centre, and the run takes place on the Prom. There will be both a Senior and Junior race. The event starts at 9am, with registration at 8am in the Swim Centre.

I'm told that the senior event is fully subscribed and a waiting list is in operation, but there are still places for juniors.

Hope you will all be setting your alarm to get down to the Prom and cheer on the participants.

Sounds good Bob though I will be in my bed recovering next Sunday morning - have a night out with the girls on the Saturday.....

If I'm up (i.e. if they wake me up!!), I'll be watching them out the window ... whatever the weather ..... sitting about in my jammies and drinking cups of tea!!!
