The box says they're 22.9g of fat per 100g and yet a Pizza in my fridge is only 8g per 100g
Doesn't seem fair somehow for something so light
I had a GF that used to call me Malteser.Pal of Porty wrote:I would have if the holidays had another week!foxy wrote: Are you going to go pop Pop
BTW you can console yourself with the fact that your Maltesers had no (or little) salt in them - your pizza probably had tons.
Epykat, i may have a better solution. Why not walk past our office each day at an agreed time and either PoP or myself could give you two calorie free fingers through the window. Indeed we could train the rest of the staff too, on a good day you could get as many as 14 fingers. Not only will these fingers not put on weight but they will make you walk faster too. Helpful?Epykat wrote:I've been on the "no Twix" diet since before Xmas. I have to have a Twix every day at teabreak so I decided that it wasn't so much the Twix as the chocolate taste. I therefore substituted the Twix for a very large bar of Dairy Milk. Instead of two fingers of a Twix I now have one cube of Dairy Milk .....

I think you should just be happy about the way you look, it suits you. Interesting theory about the gym, i think it has substance. Im not one for weighing myself (dont like the result) but in the last year I have done about 1/2 the excercise Ive done for each of the previous 30 years and many people have asked if Ive lost weight? Think they are just being cheeky.Bellybabe wrote:Um...yes. Before I got pregnant with my first child I weighted just less than 7 1/2 st. After that I never lost it all, and was rather glad of that, but was still a size 8-10 until the last two years or so - ironically, ever since I started going to the gym!
I now have a weight I'm reasonably happy with - don't look starved any more - but am not too happy with the distribution of my new weight! There are places I would have preferred it to go.
I dropped severe hints in the hope of getting an ipod for Xmas and they obviously fell on deaf ears cos I didn't get one!!foxy wrote: Sounds like a TopTip from Viz
I like this one
"DON'T waste money on expensive ipods. Simply think of your favourite tune and hum it. If you want to "switch tracks", simply think of another song you like and hum that instead"![]()
Yes, I know that.Porty wrote: ECM think very carefully before buying an IPod there are other options representing better value.
