What's happened to Pal of Porty?

Post by Maria » 29 Nov 2004, 17:07

Where's he gone? Is his avatar a reflection of how he is feeling at the moment? Has he fallen out with Porty and can no longer post as his pal?
Who can solve the mystery :?:

He has been spending most of his time learning the lines to Will Young's latest album ahead of the big gig this weekend.

Here I am! Missing you all too.

My Broadband has not been working at home and I have not had time during working hours to log on. I am hoping that my home PC will be fixed shortly.
I'll be back :glasses6:

P.S. It is true that I am going to see Will Young but I would go to see anyone in concert for 2 hours in exchange for a weekend in Newcastle staying at the Malmaison with no Kids! Wouldn't you?

Yeah, PoP, where are you and how was it?

Don't worry, I know lots of guys who like wee Willie Young. Of course, there's not a single straight cell to share between them, but still, I know lots of them...!

The Newcastle weekend was absolutely fantastic. Old friends, tons of drinks, a Saturday sport fest and a laugh a minute in a City that was jumping. I was not looking forward to having to go and see Will but I have to admit the guy can certainly sing. He was totally professional and really put on a proper show. The arena was a sell out and his fans, ranging in age from 18 - 60, were going wild - and I was only 10 rows from the front! Whatever anybody thinks of him - he is here to stay and I now think deservedly so (but please don't think of buying me one of his albums for Xmas!).

Hey PoP, I'd say I'm glad you're back but you just walked right past me in the street, looking straight at me, so i'm in a huff. So there.

My apologies. I obviously did not recognise you in daylight!

P.S. No excuses - I had even had my morning coffee by then too. Next time say hello to drag me out my stupor.
