I'm reminded of the Last Supper - a bloke with a halo surrounded by twelve p!$$heads ...

Very funny. But I do believe Christmas lunch and do it again soon are in different sentences - as I'm sure you're aware I mean get together again soon. Sorry I was not more precise.

It has taken forever to write this - think my logitech keyboard is on the way to keyboard heaven

yep, its a date in the calendar,a tradition one miight say. Lets get the date sorted a bit earlier next year. Brilliant to meet everyone (again) The only slightly dodgy bit was the apperance of Mr Epykat. Its difficult enough to make sense of a dispirate (sp) group of strangers who meet for lunch on the strength of the fact that they post drivel on a Board, but gatecrashing?????   :D
.....ambition makes you look pretty ugly

He wasn't gatecrashing - he was checking up! And once he was satisified his wife wasn't in any danger he ended up a lot drunker than I did - but I'm blaming that on Bearcub and his obsession with 21 year olds

The hard core (being me, Marya and Bob) have decided POL members are now going to be the official Rent a Crowd and we will support all new foodie/drinkie ventures in Porty. Next night out is therefore sheduled for Sizzlers........
Enough of your nonsense - get back to the Play Pen!
