"NINE giant radio masts stretching 29 metres high are to be erected around Edinburgh with the city council powerless to stop them.

Hi Mycroft. This topic hasn't been mentioned on here but was previously posted on Portobello Matters under Masts. Unfortunately no-one seems to know much about the possible location of the Portobello one.

It was Izzie posted the article on "Porty Matters" a week or so ago.

They haven't said yet where exactly they want to site these monsters ... but you can bet it'll be where WE don't want them to be!!!
