FIGGATE PARK AWARD - help needed

Post by rnuwithmark » 09 Sep 2011, 10:02

Hi there

I was contacted by Friends of the Figgate Park to help get more votes for the park.

It is up for the award of "UK's Best park" we have 90 votes which puts us in a position at the top of the tables.

Can you please vote via this link and post to Friends/Family?

Kind regards
Mark

Done - I'm happy to support the work that's been put into Figgate - it's a great park.

Just voted.

Although some in the local community have decribed Figgate park as a flat featurless piece of land, I absolutely love the park. The boardwalk has been a great addition and really helps bring nature a little closer. 8)

Thanks guys, I am just greatful to have such a substantial space of greenery that is being developed for the better instead of being replaced by housing.

I too love the park and have just voted. Why not pop a link to the vote on the Porty parents facebook page Mark? There may be some on there that aren't registered here.
