I can't believe Ted Brack is leaving! Trying not to panic about possible nightmare replacements!

I dont think Ted would be happy about hthe new Head being referred to as a Nightmare Replacement.

In all seriousness he has been an excellent servant at St John's. My children had very happy primary school lives and a lot of that was down to Ted.

There are lots of potentially good candidtates around, fortunately.

I know, and I'm sure it'll be fine, but I have seen a some good schools suffer through the appointment of...shall we say...less than brilliant heads?! But I am trying to listen to other half's reassurances about selection processes and so on. It's just not the best news to get on the first day of term!
