Does anyone else have the same problem as us?
The paper is frequently dumped OUTSIDE our stair, they don't even seem to try the buzzers
If it is put in the stair it's just left on the ground floor, so after a few days I tend to lift them and put them in the recycling

It seems a terrible waste of resources and my time

It's not easy trying to find contact details for the Herald and Post, there seems to be nothing in the paper and the phone number given on the website juts rings out, not even an answering machine!

Any ideas how to stop them littering the area?

Its owned by The Scotsman - that the H&P adline. I would call and tell them your issue. It is not good for their advertisers and the industry is struggling.

I had that problem. But one day I caught the young lad delivering them and telt him to put them through the letterboxes or dont bring them at all. Now they go through the letterboxes.

I had a problem for a while with the Portobello Reporter being left in the stairwell for days on end but that problem seems to have sorted itself out as last time it came through my letterbox.

haven't received that paper in about two years, and even in Bath St it was an irregular occurance!

For ages I was harassed by folk calling up to check if I had received the H&P... Argh. Foreign call centre calling you about something you don't want, not getting the message you don't want it, plus the fact you're on the no-call preference list, and, and...

There are some laying about the High Street today as well as my stair. The Central bar and that Roma both have books laying around on the public pavement. In my stair there are several copies which if are still there at 8pm tonight will be chucked into the bucket. What a right pain in the arse.
