Free mp3 downloads

Post by Bob Jefferson » 24 Dec 2008, 18:54

No catch that I can see. Cheaper than iTunes and DRM-free.
Dear Amazon.co.uk Customer,

As a thank you for visiting our Music or MP3 stores this year, we'd like to give you an extra Christmas present: £3 to spend on anything in our MP3 Music Downloads store on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Visit us on December 25 or 26, then just add your chosen MP3s to your Shopping Basket (you need to use the Shopping Basket rather than 1-Click) and enter code FREEMP3S at the checkout--£3 will be deducted from the total. Feel free to forward this email to friends and family members--they can get £3 to spend on MP3s too!

Re the Amazon offer, you can use this £3 offer for each of your email addresses. I picked up a couple of (effectively) free albums yesterday and the offer is still running until the end of Boxing Day.

Meanwhile, ITunes is offering a free download every day for 12 days starting today:
including rare singles, exclusive live tracks, music videos, plus classic TV programmes.
Today's offering is the music video for 'That's Not My Name' by the Ting Tings.
