Need a sparky pretty urgently

I've looked at a few of the old recommendations but wondered if anyone has any more up-to-date recommendations? We're saving up for rewiring but we need some urgent work done before the house burns down.

Currently daren't put the electric heaters on...and it's soooo cold!

And we really want recommendations of people who are good at what they do, as the last person recommended to us was the cause of the current problem, and we don't want to repeat that.
