Steven Jardine, the owner of Skyline Roofing and Building Service, pleaded guilty in court to seven counts of obtaining money by deception.

OOps, I hope the tennements on Bath St with flapping tarps on their roof were using a different company - or got him on a good day!

He's certainly got a big grin on his face in the photo they've used to accompany the article. The journalist must have been fair pleased with it.
I remember reading somewhere once about a politician who refused to smile for any photo on the grounds that he didn't want his grinning mug shot accompanying some disaster story.

A corrupt builder????!!
I would never have thought it possible.
They're well known for being truthful, helpful, honest, reliable.........
so my mum thought til she paid the guys doing her roof and they scarpered, work unfinished.
I now have a long long ladder of theirs that they tried to sneak back and claim.
