Getting It wrong.

I have an uncanny knack of being right almost all of the time. This makes it all the more annoying when I'm wrong.

Last weekend I got a splinter in my finger. I decided the action I'd take was to just leave it and have a little pick at it every now and then. DJ Ines told me to put a plaster on it as this draws out the splinter. I said I don't think so.

Over the last week I've been hacking away. Last night it was getting a bit sore and leaking pus. DJ Ines wasn't impressed and told me to do the plaster trick. I put on some Savlon and a plaster and left it.

Now sitting at my desk I decided to take a wee peak in anticipation of having another hack. Low and behold the splinter's gone and my finger isn't sore any more.

Ummm ... too late ... gender has been an issue since Adam lost a rib!

Okay, I KNOW that's a myth ... it's also a euphemism for time immoral!
