Are you maybe getting an idea of my kind of movie??? :D
1, 5, 9 - Correct.

6 - I think you'll find nowhere stating that correct song titles are obligatory in the clues - and that the song is, in places, called "San Francisco (Be Sure To Wear Some Flowers In Your Hear)".

Oh, and you're wrong too.

This quiz is not designed to be fair.

10 - Wrong.

Hmmm ... okay ... I am reminded of the disparately coloured grass in your garden ... and not wishing to be a constituent in whatever lies beneath the green sward of your lawn ... decided not to make too much of the fact that you are running a shonky quiz with changeable rules. I shall be silent about it and continue to guess accordingly.

When we do one of your quizzes, make up whatever rules you want - or stipulate the "no rules" rule.

This thread, however, is the Movie Song Quiz thread. I think I posted the rules for it at the start.

Right!!! You're ON!!! I'll think up a quiz that'll get you all going and leave you all standing at the same time!

My neighbour tells me number 8 is from ... ETERNAL SUNSHINE OF THE SPOTLESS MIND!

And number 6 is from FEAR AND LOATHING IN LAS VEGAS which I haven't seen unfortunately ... but there you go.

How's that??

ANSWERS

2. Bagpipe music of "Amazing Grace" at the end of "Invasion Of The Body Snatchers" - the bit where Donald Sutherland discovers that the pods are being shipped worldwide.

3. US troops sing the theme tune to the Mickey Mouse club at the end of "Full Metal Jacket" whilst walking through a very unconvincing Vietnam, which was actually in London.

4. "Loaded Weapon". They do a spoof of the Wayne's World version of "Bohemian Rhapsody".

8. The baddie gets the kids on the bus to sing "row, row, row your boat" in "Dirty Harry"

10. Sigourney Weaver sings - anxiously - "You're My Lucky Star" whilst putting on her space suit at the end of "Alien".

2 of them in this quiz I got help from - the Star Trek one and Loaded Weapon.

But all the rest from all the quizzes, yeah.

Just wait for the next one - it'll give you food for thought.

Am I not right in thinking that this is the 1978 REMAKE of the original CLASSIC 1956 Kevin McCarthy movie????

Who the hell remembers THAT?? It was a very bady remake. Even having Mr Spock aboard couldn't save THAT turkey!!

Please Dada ... use the ORIGINAL movies in future?? Never dilute your quizzes with substandard remakes!!!

Thank you :)
