Name the TV series (could be episodic, seasonal or a mini) :

1. an old jewish man knowingly meets the soldiers who have come to take him away with a friendly "shalom" (not "Golem","Springtime For Hitler", "Band Of Brothers" or "Winds Of War")

2. a bag of dates laced with poison is "dropped" by a truckload of soldiers - the resistance eat them and get sick ("Secret Army" - teddygirl)

3. some travellers come across a house which contains people who have been cut off from the rest of the events of the series. before long, they all get sick and die. Survivors - Gilo

4. as if things weren't bad enough already, a new illness starts - characterized by stomach cramps. only those affected by the first problem (which is pretty much everyone) gets sick in this manner - and dies "Day Of The Triffids" - Teddygirl

5. a lovely sunday roast is eaten - the large bone tipped into the bin afterwards. if only those eating it knew its sinister recent past. "Tales Of The Unexpected" - Bob

6. a very unwelcome suitcase is opened at a conference in the series climax "Edge Of Darkness" - Poppy

7. an unorthodox investigative method using a wet towel gets results (not "Hitchhikers Guide" and certainly not "Baywatch")

8. our hero finds a cure - there are 2 vials - he selflessly uses the other one on another only for the remainder to be smashed - ensuring the series continues ...."The Incredible Hulk" - Novastar

9. a lead character is shot in the back, brought back, is paralysed for a bit then dies. (not "Ironside", "Dallas", "The X Files" or "Crossroads")

10. not exactly War Of The Worlds - but the bugs win the day. if only the scriptwriters had left it at that."V" - Gilo

Even further out with number 7 ... Baywatch (or any of the Baywatch spin-offs!) I never watched them but my dad was a (gulp!) Hasselhof fan!

No. C'mon - everyone is allowed a bit of vice in their lives. My friend wrote a Java clock based on DH's face - with tears rolling down it. If you don't belive me, just google "crying hasselhoff chronometer". There's only one of them I hope. Anyway, don't scoff at the Hoff. He's big in Germany.

I dunno ... it's pretty vague ... I don't much care for war docs, drama series or movies!
