Community Projects?

Post by impossiblevoices » 11 Jun 2006, 10:40

Mrs IV is involved with the Prince's Trust. Her group are looking for a project to participate in which must be based in the local community.

The idea is that the group manage every part of the project, from start to finish. The project must be large enough to last for 3 weeks. The group comprises of about 10 people - ranging in age from 16 - 23 with about a 50/50 split of boy girl.

Some possible examples of projects would be things like creating a garden out of a piece of disused ground, carrying out work and improvements on a school playground, or any sort of environmental project... You get the picture!

Please note that the project will need to kick off in the next few weeks so we are looking for feedback and ideas this week - just think though... that means almost instant results!

pm me if you have any ideas or feel free to discuss them here

How about Portobello in bloom

You could put hanging flower baskets along the High Street :?: :?: :?:

I like that idea Izzie. I'm always really impressed when we got to North Berwick and they have lovely hanging baskets and planters.
Enough of your nonsense - get back to the Play Pen!
