How much time will be taken up by our Local Rep. on FETA duties?

As he only work's as a Councillor part time, has a full time other job, now
to be the grande fromage for FETA, what time left for his constituents?

Has anyone read "The Bridge" by Iain Banks? A surreal classic.

So can anyone tell me why its called the Forth Estuary Transport Authority??

What's wrong with the Firth of Forth Transport Authority???

Is this another example of creeping anglicisation of Scotland?????

Maybe Lawrence could explain?
