Local Builder

I am currently looking for a recommended local builder to undertake a bungalow extension. Ideally, this person would also take on the job as the "Project Manager" in that they would organise the workers involved in the job, saving me the hastle of chasing them up individually!

Also, any recommended local Architects would be helpful too!
