New exhibition - help required

Big Things on the Beach is seeking premises in Portobello to display a major national architecture and design exhibition (with a particular Portobello interest) called 6000 miles - currently on show at The Lighthouse, Glasgow.

If we can find a space that meets our criteria for space, (11m x 6m approx), security etc. we would want to occupy the premises for the whole of September and October this year.

Has anyone any bright ideas? The venue should be accessible, visible and non-commercial, with minimum costs as it is being used for community purpose.

There's local interest here... My first gallery sale was to the 6000 Miles Exhibition, and it's of a Portobello subject. Well, a former Portobello subject. It's been demolished now.
