I thought it might be fun to take a look at other forums to see how they compare with our own.

This forum for local cruisers (as they like to be known) uses the same php software as our own - they've just customised it a bit. They have 836 registered users and have accumulated over 20000 posts in a remarkably short period of time.

I am particularly taken with H11 FXY, whose pink Tigra I often see around town. Her posting rate makes even our own Porty seem quiet in comparison - and she's a lot cuter too.

Hmm. She is rather. But...isn't a tigra a kit car? Or am I showing my ignorance here? Is it considered ok for girls to have them? I knew some blokes who had them you see, and...well, foxy is definitely NOT the word. Nor can I take seriously someone who names her car "foxy". After all, what does our very own foxy think of having a pink kit car named after her? Maybe she's chuffed. Maybe I'm just jealous because a) I'm not 21 any more b) I don't have a pink kit car c) if I did I couldn't drive it and d) if I did my partner would leave me.

Anyway, I had a totally different idea of what Edinburgh Cruise was about, and had expected to see various pals of mine on it .

My bother's a worry when it comes to cars - he's had a fair selection over the years but to sell a Toyota Supra and then the Nissan Skyline that replaced it and then go out and buy a POS Nova - geeee. Oh, and there's still the stripped out Corsa with a 2L Calibra engine in that I was learning to drive in...
