Thanks for this very interesting link. I am particulary interested in the first item - 'Making the Difference - Improving Parents' Involvement in School'. In my brief invovement with Towerbank PTA we were patronised by the HT and no-one had a clue who was on the School Board, so a more representative body with teeth sounds like a step in the right direction.
