Salary Sacrifice_Childcare Vouchers

Does anyone have experience or knowledge of the new scheme starting in April, that I believe will effectively enable tax relief on childcare costs by allowing a combination of a salary sacrifice with employer provision of childcare vouchers? (no, not the child tax credits system but yet another one...)

I've got the Inland Revenue links, thanks, but there's lots and lots of them and they are written in 'careful' language, that reserves their right to 'not approve' any scheme after (but not before!) it is implemented.

I'm wondering about getting a scheme up for me and a couple of others in our small/medium company with sympathetic accountant and management board, so no real political obstacles.

Anyone else looking/ doing?
