Finally, our website is up and running and I would be delighted if you take a look and offer up some feedback www.mpeople.co.uk

Its basically about the mundane world of Mortgages but one fun thing you might want to look at is the House Price Analyser This allows you to calculate how much your house has gone up in value each day, on average, since you bought it. All you need do is put the approximate date when you purchased and then your Lowest. Happy and Wildest expectation of what the market value is today. It also then projects what the future value will be assuming the same average level of growth over 10, 20 and 30 Years.

Obvioulsy a lot depends on what type of property you have and when you bought it? Personally, I like to look at properties that were purchased prior to the slump in the late 80's early 90's. In my experience and even given that period, properties have appreciated at between 8 and 10% per annum on average. The projected value of property in future is barely credible but based on a sound track record.

Some websites look so bad when you visit them that is just puts you using the company/product involved.

Ha Ha thanks a lot Catz and I mean it!! Pal of Porty won't be able to sleep tonight, he didn't know about tight buttons and will be restless until something is done about it or until he is told that there is nothing that can be done about it.

Needs left justified methinks.

Don't know if you saw the Sunday Times on Oct 30th but Kelly Cooper Barr used to live with her fun-loving parents in a converted furniture showroom which looks remarkably like Mortgage People in the photograph!

(My parents have just visited and my mum gave me the newspaper cutting)

BTW KCB is a fashion stylist who recently co-launched an events company Hive.
