Is this Compton-On-Line?
What is Compton-On-Line, P?
No doubt it is a veiled (though thinly!!) insult....

Me too and it sounds good. Less of the late, I'll hopefully be around a while longer.
DJ Jake is a friend of mine.

All gas and gaiters on bbc7 listen again.
I forwarded the link for the listen again to my cousin who's in exile in Texas so's she's less homesick. The last link I sent her was for Lee Kindness's gallery ( Love the pics) , ironic that the first thing she saw on it was a longhorn staring back!

I'm listening to the World at One. I didn't know Nick Clarke had died, and am listening to all the nice things people are saying about him.

All I really need is love, but a little chocolate now and then doesn't hurt!

That's sad - he was a one of the better news presenters. Lovely voice too.

Yes, his voice was just wonderful. Someone decribed it as being like chocolate earlier... I was so chuffed when he came back to WATO in the summer - I'd really missed him. He's been my lunchtime companion for years.
I sound about twenty years older than I am, don't I?

Yes they are, Izzie. I never rated Robbie in the first place. He's not as good as HE thinks he is!

I am listening to:
Lloyd Cole - Are You Ready To Be Heartbroken?
and
Camera Obscura - Lloyd, I'm Ready To Be Heartbroken.
On a loop.
I love answer records (even if they are 22 years late). My favourite being Gordon's Not A Moron by Julie And Gordon.
