Nice one Sandra - enjoy.

I love all the class names from that franchise and the fact that people will hear this or that chart music and say "oooh that's a Body Pump song!"

I know a Body Balance and a Body Pump body - I don't go to any of these things myself.

If they were to do Body Imbalance and Body Slump though, I'd set up a direct debit and order the cds.

Nope. You've completely lost me there.............none of the above makes any sense. I've read it several times and still nothing. Maybe you should see a doctor.

You're off to Glenfinnan? Do I detect a suspended timetable and some burn bashing or will you be on the steam train?

OK here's a 'helpsheet' for the more verbally challenged on here

A 'suspended timetable' is when some schools decide that, rather than spend the last week of term struggling to keep the pupils focussed on 'exciting' word-searches and the like, they will organise a week of more entertaining activities into which pupils can opt.

There's an Outward Bound Centre at Loch Eil near Glenfinnan which is viewed by locals as some sort of delinquent therapy centre where groups of city kids come to complete various 'team building' events. One of these wholesome activities is 'burn bashing' where you don waterproofs/wet suits and walk in a river - further proof (as if it is needed) to locals that city folk are a weird breed.

A steam train is...well, a steam train, unless it's going through a tunnel in which case it's a metaphor, which makes me wonder...........

And I think you'll find that grumpiness is the natural condition for someone of my age. Its the only pleasure I get!!!

We did, we did, we did

Had a fantastic trip. Brilliant kids - their parents should be proud of all of them. We didn't have one moan, groan, huff or cheek (not even the staff  ). The weather was amazing and even the Youth Hostel packed lunches were edible. The kids enjoyed every minute as did we. Am now well and trully cream crackered

I was having the traditional argument with the husband as we packed for our camping weekend in Wales with his extended family. I'm now back, bearing a sunburnt nose and chin :(
