Highlight of my year so far? Ordering an new hose for my Dyson

The other one is falling to bits and is covered in tape so no more scabby hose for me (bet you're all jealous

)

I have just had to buy a new "hoover" after having my last one for over twenty two years..............and yes it was used. My hubby had done various repairs to it over the years but finally we had to call it a day.
I was nearly in tears when I had to say good bye to it at the dump. It looked so forlorn just sitting there abandoned after all those years of faithful service.
I know I'm sad in more ways than one
