I'm stuck. I managed to reduce the avatar to 120 x 120 pixels but it is 39kb. Why?

I did it! Just in the nick of time. My very own Tumshie Heid carved last night (smells like cows bums).
Rapunzell did you try resizing photo in photoeditor or something? D

I lived on a farm for a while when I was wee. The cows used to be brought in to barns in the winter and fed turnips and silage (?) the smell was fairly unavoidable. Very festive!

Did some random photoshopping on another image and got a workable, if not perfect, avatar just in time too!
