So do you buy this thing or get it as part of a network deal?

I don't know but I want to find out. There will be degrees of subsidy depending on how outrageous your monthly deal is.

Or you could look at Ebay.

Let's see.

I must say though that if it was a choice of having it on the "3" network or not having it, I'd choose to not have it. "3" suck.

Agreed. I put flearoy on 3 and bitterly regret it.

Porty, with your record re mobiles and water, do you really think you should buy anything so expensive and all-singing - what if it goes in the wash/loo as well??!!

Thats a good question.

I'm always causing crumbs and dropping food and drink on my clothes too.

Do you think I should start dressing like a hobo?

Just keep it in its original box - and anyway the way things are going with bluetooth you won't ever need to touch your phone.

You could carry it about in the box too. Not only would everyone know you had the latest phone (for a few months anyway) but it would free up a pocket, and you'd be less likely to put it in the wash.

How's that for mobility.

You could cut a couple of holes in the box to shout through if someone called you too.

IV - that w950i has no camera!!

I take it the K800i has no touch screen?

I'm not convinced by the P990 - yet, anyways.

There must be a touch/PDA/cam phone out there, and you can always just whack a big duo stick in it surely?

"The iconic image of a hobo is that of a downtrodden, shabbily-dressed and perhaps drunken male". Sounds like Porty to me!!

(Sorry, gilo, you tried to help, but it's too late - I think I'm looking at the stars from the gutter now!)

One of the guys at the night out I attended had a Blackberry Pearl. It is a gorgeous looking thing really easy to use, has a stero MP3 player. When my deal runs out on this V3 thing I'm going to get one.
