she might not go though she might just give PoP a curfew or then shed

For the record, all the above re Mrs PoP was for a larf. She is an extremely nice person! Must be if the extremely nice PoP chose to marry her

Pretend you don't feel well, go off to bed early. Say it's contagious and sleep in the spare room. Then put some pillows in the bed, record some snoring and sneak out the window. Hang on a minute, how old are you? Come on, walk out the front door saying "I have needs as well".

Obviously he's a man not a mod, as the mods are all there on the party list...!

Moi? A hard core drinker? I resemble that remark

. The trick is to drink yourself sober which is generally what Marya and I do. Just for the record Mr E might gatecrash (again) and lurker Slimpickins might make a guest appearance.

Where are we meeting and what time? How about starting in the East at the seahaven or ormelie and going west? That way we will end up closer to el jefe in case he is able to make a late appearance.

We're open to suggestions, but S and me think the Plough would be a good starting point, with Dalriada/Ormelie the intended 'final' stop.

I'm working this weekend, so I feel an evenings absence may not be the best route to happiness...

There is no point The Dalriada being the final stop as it is a very early closer. If we end up at the Joppa end then it will have to be The Ormelie as this is a late weekend closer.

Justice delayed is justice denied.

Its not as if we will be staying for a vast amount of time in each pub so there will be plenty of time to get along to Dalriada etc.

I'm not used to crossing Pittville Street to the wrong side of town once it gets dark, is it safe?

Is anybody up for pre-drinkie food?
I'm sure we could get an early table somewhere such that we could arrive for 7 with at least something to line our stomachs whilst not upsetting the liquid-only purists.
Bonoful? Kings Balti? Bag of chips in a bus stop?

Right - I'm going to book somewhere and we can add heads as required. Even if it's just me and Epy we've got enough to spraff about although it would be lovely if Mrs & Neo Dadaist were able to attend. Watch this space.

I'm working in town till six - food would have been great but I won't be back in Porty till about 6.45-7...with an empty stomach. Save me some pappadums.

I'm up for it and so is PoP how about 6pm at the Kings Balti. I dont want to be still eating poppadoms at 9 30 when everyone else is getting ratted at the Plough.
