Get those diaries out and write it in there now!

We can have another recruitment push nearer the time.
The Hearts home game against Rangers has been moved to 12:30 that day - so i might not make it (if i can get a ticket this time!!) - not sure if this will affect any others.....

I'm up for a game

Wrong size ball for the type of football I usually play (the American variety) but will hapily embarrass myself.

Do you play for the Wolves? Used to watch the Eagles/Phoenix when they were around, but not been for a while (was going to take a trip up to Jack Kane this season to check out the Wolves though.........)

Don't play for the Wolves anymore (played a bit of flag with them and against them about 3 years ago).

I'm one of the coaches for the Craigmount Cougars at Craigmount High School (near The Gyle). Work with kids 13+ from all over the place. Very rewarding way to spend my Saturday mornings :D

Interesting you mention the Eagles. We had their ex-quarterback along this morning . Graeme someone (his kids just starting).

I'm keeping a note of everyone who says they are / aren't available (still room for a few more) but keep 11.30 ish in your diaries for Sunday 19th March and I'll get back to people the first week or two of March.

Yes Bob you are defininitely in. I can't believe you have made those comments in public after I have been holding onto the contents of a similar PM for future possible blackmailing purposes.

I reckon we are now on 9 "players" (I use the term loosely) - original list on page 1 of this thread minus Jamesie plus Zargonian and Novastar.

So we could prob do with another 3 so we can have a couple of subbies.

Invite a couple of Portie mates (I'm afraid I don't have any friends which is why I have to resort to arranging games of football to meet people)

The Pitz can tell us what pitch we'll be on before... so all could meet on (outside) the pitch?

I was thinking it would be perfect for Portobelly Telly. Can we do slo-mo action replays I wonder? Post match analysis?

In my usual unable-to-read fashion, i read that one as "no-action replays". Probably more accurate.

I'll try and get down this weekend to book a pitch at the Pitz for 11.30 (ish) on Sunday 19th March.

These people have said they are up for a game:

Porty
Robin
Bob
Bearcub
Gedge
Ed
Portyconvert
Zargonian
Novastar
Mr Epycat

I think my / Bob's friend Ian the Drummer might be able to make it so that's 11. Can anyone encourage anyone else - Porty friends, relations etc.

Get back to me if you're not going to be able to make it.
