JP, do you think I should apologise to the POL massive?
Hang on. Let me re-read the original thread.

(6 hours later...)

I think you should apologise to Ali - I think you were a bit sharp in your reply to him when he inadvertently mentioned you by your real name (although The Marshall would have undoubtedly applauded this).

Apart from that, no. Maybe your tone was a teensy bit  aggressive at times. I think you might have got more people involved in the debate had it not been. I think this thread is an acknowledgement of that, is it not?

I enjoyed reading it for the first day or so, but then had to skim it cos I had work to do, but you and Porty were obviously having a lovely old time arguing - and either of you could have ended it a lot earlier with a quick "I'm bored. Shall we stop?" pm had you wished to do so. If star was obviously up for the argument as well, posting his imaginary scenario and knowing whatever history you have between the 2 of you.

You and Porty are to an extent interdependent - you need him, and he needs you (and gemini of course, who I think he is secretly in love with).

eg - Just look at this from the poverty/death thread:
Porty wrote:And of course many people actually choose to be poor.
That old rapscallion is hilarious, and just likes a good old argument. Don't you Porty, you cheeky monkey, you?!

Me, I enjoyed the stuff re the SS uniforms, and I have to say that if I had one, I'd wear it at every opportunity. Say what you like about the nazis, but they were damn stylish.

JP.

No, he's just hiding in the White Room
I have nothing to say and I'm going to say it.
