Do you know that Findlay's do haggis online? Just e-mail haggis@btconnect.com

Apparently they send them all over the world and had a 'phone call from Afghanistan the other day asking for cooking instructions (don't know if was Bin Laden).
thnx for the advice, I might phone them or email next week :!:

I see that this week's Herald & Post has an article on Joe Findlay and Martin Wishart promoting Haggis in the US, similar to EN story I presume

Due to Yank regulations, there is no way they will ever have a true Haggis, as most of the ingredients are banned. which is a shame, because for some reason they all think they are "Scotch" because there great great great grandaddy came from "Edinborough" and was head of the Clan "Maceentre"

My biggest pet peeve, as you can see being in North America is being called Scotch....they cant seem to pronounce Scots
Well that was my two cents!!

We had a Hall's veggie haggis, mashed tatties and mashed parsnips and carrots for tea - washed down by a few beers - lovely! :D
