Hi again. Sorry about delays in answering but the PC was overheating and I had to fit a new fan. Also my partner has chickenpox and I'm heid cook and bottlewasher just now as she feels a bit wrung out at the moment.
I still do'nt do karaoke or karate in or out the shower and especially not with mike or dave. A Davina maybe!!
I remember Miss Reid at Towerbank and also a Miss Jeffries - a large lady with a booming voice.
Miss McRobbie's brother was the total opposite to her, [he was'nt female for a start] a very quiet reserved man, quiet voice too.
The only person I remember from Bath St Lane was someone with the same surname as me and his christian name was Eddie. No relation though.
Back to joining up the chickenpox spots for a wee while.

Yes Bill thats the one :) - my other half is Eddie, - I'll be sure to let him know about this tomorrow morning and see if he remembers you (he is on nightshift tonight).
How old would you be, if you didn't know how old you are?

Hello Bll and welcome to POL,

It would seem from your exchanges with Lizzie that the world is indeed a small place at times. It's a bit like Friends reunited or something.

Hope the chicken pox patient is recovering.

cheers,

ecm

Hello. The patient is recovering but my felt tip pen has ran out of ink due to all the red dots I've been joining up - no picture has emerged yet, just a sort of spiderweb effect.................. if only I had the courage !!

Bll,

I think you're not really taking your caring responsiblities too seriously here.
You could find yourself in trouble when the patient has recovered, you know.

ecm,
You would be right. So instead of joining dots I have to go prepare the meal. [sigh] A man's work is never done.

Yes Bill he remembers you well - I soon as I mentioned Bill from Bridge St Lane he knew exactly who you were, and he remembered you moving up to the High Street. He will send you a PM when he gets a chance, and is looking foward to catching up with you. He sure has changed in the last 40 years - he a "grey haired old guy" now
Hope your partners chickenpox is improving - poor thing.
You'd better look after her well cause you might catch it too :!: :)
