Welcome Foxy, Newbs are always welcome to PoL
as you probably have seen looking from the sidelines most people in here could be described as "the wheels spinning but the hamsters dead", "Sandwich short of a Picnic" or " Like Porty"
Enjoy

Foxy
when I got mine you had to email your selected image, matching the size criteria layed out somewhere on one of the sticky threads, to the administrator and hey, Bobs your uncle!
you may be able to link directly to an image now? I don't really keep up with the techno stuff.
(I'm more an eighties disco sort of dude)

Foxy have a look at the "How Do I?" Board. That'll help.
When I found an avatar that I wanted I copied it across to my desktop then onto my free account at Photobucket.com where I link to from my profile.

If you look at the top right of the dialogue boc. There is a button "Edit". You can only see it in your own posts.

Hi everyone, I'm a newbie.
I'm 23, I've spent the best part of my life in Portobello, minus two years in Musselburgh!

Heh Robin - Musselburgh is not that far away from Portobello, I have immediate family live there, who knows perhaps you know them -

we'll maybe find out later

How old would you be, if you didn't know how old you are?

I know a few people from Musselburgh but not many! I lived in Wimpey as they call it! But I'm now in Brunstane!
I take it there is only 2 forums to post in? just my 2ps worth but more forums would make the site even better IMO!

If you click on the Portobello Online Forum Index at the top and bottom of each page, it takes you to the forums (fora?) list. The other one is the How Do I? forum.
