Thats right Cleopas, give the extra clues when I'm out walking the dog !!!
Have to confess I still wouldn't have got them anyway.

I still think Hotham (and it does exist) was a better answer than Birmingham though

I just didn't think of that TG ... Someone mentioned Birmingham in the last quiz and it stuck in my mind to use it. Sorry.

Hotham is a skiing resort in Australia. Is that the one you were thinking of?

... and I'll bet a few of you are thin king "Damn! They were so obvious now!" :D :D I know I do!!!

Thank you all for taking part. Sorry if I spoiled anyone's sleep. Some people do work better in the mornings at night ... see how quick it finished? Wait till you see what I have planned next ... unless Dada Monkhouse is getting in with another quiz first. :D
Oi! I got Red Sea

Gravesend

Gleneagles

and Gobi Desert .

I demand satisfaction, as Dada would say!

My bad!!

Bob ... 9
Foxy ... 9
Marya ... 6
Gilo ... 2
Teddygirl 2
Izzie ... 2
Dadist ... 1
Arachnid ... 1
Kipling ... 1

If anyone could please check over the scores, I'd be grateful. While not exactly inumerate, numbers were never my strong point. So if someone were to check my figures, add them to the last quiz final scores and add them to Dada's Stats Board ... that'd be cool.

Now there's a plateful of bacon and eggs with my name on it. Tara folks ... Place-Names Quiz 3 ... will be a real bugger ... make this one look like a walk in the park! :D

Marya should be 4, but there's still an extra point allocated somehow, as it adds up to 31 :-k ...did someone get a bonus?

Here's what I figure

Foxy 9 points

Bob 9 points

Marya 4 points

Teddygirl 2 points

Izzie 2 points

Arachnid 1 point

Gilo 1 point

Kipling 1 point

Dada 1 point

(Think Cleopas credited Gilo with Penicuik but Bob got there first)
