That'll happen, Epy or no Epy, surely?! :P :P :P
Yes, probably, but it's good to have someone to kind of blame.

wow
my aunt used to make it a lot, seemed exotic back then
Same thought about Ribena made with milk
There also used to be a sort of apple fluff with cornflakes on top

Artic roll
spaghetti hoops
Angel delight
Birds trifles
Rosehip syrup

Cresta, mind the polar bear "its frothy, man"

and who could forget covetting Smash instead of the peeled, boiled, mashed, butter and milk stuff our mums insisted on?

Bird's Eye Arctic roll is back, SD. Sainsbury's has it on offer at a £1 . I have to admit I bought one, but it tasted rubbish :(

We used to buy the birds trifle in a box. Not seen it in a long time , but then we bacame vegetarian many years ago and can't eat the jelly. (It's not a veggie jelly).

Any body remember the Vesta chow main that camein a box and had these crispy noodles that you had to fry.

Oh yes - and their "Beef Curry with RIce". Back in the seventies, curry was curry and no nonsense about Vindaloo, Korma etc.
They were uniformly disgusting - but you felt you were getting something exotic.

I loved chef box soups, I lived on them for 3 weeks on interrail! Still like knorr chicken noodle soup and have it at least once a week.

Me too. I do that childish thing of saving the best to last; I drink all the liquid and then eat all the noodles :D
