Bird needs rescue?

Anyone bird savvy willing to take a look along porty prom behind the bus depot? There is a very large seabird there, (at 2.30pm) sitting just off the red concrete and didn't move when I stopped and had a good look at him. I think he needs help but am not sure. Have left message with RSPB HQ but they aren't answering their phone.

SSPCA just phoned to say someone handed him in to the Dog and Cat home. Yay.

Yeh he arrived at our work! think he had broken his wing...we looked after him and then took him along and left him in the safe hands of the vet! :)
