help me conquer boredom please

HI there , laid a bit low with a bad dose of sciatica at moment n can't even get out of flat ,hate being a moan but in a lot of pain n short of attention threshold, can anyone suggest a site or something like that ad on the telly for iq testing , you know the thimg I mean , it's a handheld thing that tells you your mental age , any suggestions please , take care you all , cheers magbagpuss xx
