Caffè espresso obviously. A colleague was in the Highlands recently and somebody in the queue before them asked for two white coffees and one espresso... All three were made exactly the same way - coffee granules into the cups :)

Anyway, a ristretto is what you really want.

Never had a ristretto. Been recommended a couple of times now.

I prefer my cappuccino dry. Which often confuses baristas. However, when they get it right its delish.

Did you know you could get a 'short' size drink in starf ucks? It's not advertised on the menu because they want customers to pay more money for the larger sizes.
