We have a four bedroom house with shared garden at the Joppa end of Porty very near the prom and are looking to swap for a house in Portobello/Joppa/Eastfield with a private garden. Our house is semi detached with 2 bathrooms, dining room, lounge, newly fitted kitchen, 4 bedrooms, large shelved boxroom, attic space, big airy hall, large understair cupboard, and hall coats cupboard plus entrance vestibule. Just yards from Prom and community garden. We would move to a slightly smaller house if it had its own garden as we are very keen to grow our own veg and have had no luck on the allotment waiting list.
