Anyone tried it? I'm a bit of a traditionalist myself though I rate his venison version.

I tried it at Reds stuffed in chicken courtesy of the 1st chef they had, the guy who used to do the food at the old pier. It was really good.

I tried it when he gave out some freebies at his shop when he was trying out the recipe for the first time. Very nice.
