...is called "I'm not really a waitress"................eh!!??

Now I can't decide if that is meant to be like "my other car's a porsche" OR I know my nail polish makes me look like waitress but I'm not really one

What does it mean and why do they give products such weird names

I googled it and it was quite interesting. Think about a wannabe in Hollywood waiting tables - often serving the stars she aspires to become.
