Burntisland...

Post by Denise » 08 Mar 2007, 12:43

Burntisland, is it the new Portobello?

I think we just bought a house there. It has a prom, high street, historic buildings...
I'm confused and intrigued.

Bargain! Wonder if Burntisland Community Council would be interested in buying the package. :)

Burntisland also has a golf course and no high school and no superstore (yet).

It's like a kind of parallel universe

I can wave to you from the other side
and maybe get a hovercraft over on a nice day.
Wonder what access to the beach is like for wheel chairs and mums with buggies!
I'm confused and intrigued.

Congratulations! You got back the beach life after all. With an island you can walk to at low tide! And then swim back from because no-one was paying attention to the incoming tide.. :D

Will we see you and the bump before you move to The Other Place..?

thanks all. Me and the bump will be in Porty this weekend to empty my flat (or supervise at least).
Will give you a buzz and maybe meet for a camomile tea or splash out and have a half of guinness!
I'm confused and intrigued.

Glad to have you on the other side enlightened one. I'm not too far from Burnisland (Kinross).
Although unlike you I can't see the sea!!
