Its in the HOP, I believe she is the first living ex-PM to have a statue placed there. Its made of bronze and doesn't come with a turning mechanism.

I'm just back from the filming of question time, and the last question was "should we have a statue of Thatch in the Scottish parliament". I had my hand up ready to nick your idea, but it was not to be.
